This small, brick apartment building, on the corner of Main St. and Washington Ave., used to be well maintained, but it is becoming an eyesore, with the overflowing dumpster, trashed scooter next to the dumpster and abandoned furniture dumped along side the building. Does the city of West Haven have any codes regarding the placement or screening of dumpsters? i.e. not placed, in the open, at the curb in a residential area. If you want West Have to continue to decline, just allow the physical condition of the city to deteriorate like this...
