This garage is still in operation nearly even though this problem was acknowledged in October of 2015. It is not difficult to see - for God's sake they've spray painted the ugly plywood with the name of their illegal garage! It is beyond an illegal garage - they're violating noise ordinances by revving their engines, they're violating speed limits by tearing down the street. For Christ's sake, do something.
