Thanks David. If you've actually seen it emptied, then we'll certainly defer and stand down for now. It's directly in front of our building and we haven't seen it in any state but completely full since they did the original gut several weeks ago. Appreciate the input. Keith

Hi Keith- I'm anxious for it to go away as well. There recent wind has been pulling loose material out and tossing it around our street. I know the bulk of there demo work is complete, so let's hope they aren't keeping it around for loose ends. I would think their small refuse bins would handle that moving forward. I reached to first ascent to see when it might be removed and I'll post here if I learn anything.

Thank you for alerting us to this problem with the dumpster and garbage. I discussed this issue with our general contractor this morning and they assured me that the dumpster will be emptied by end of week. Going forward they will be more careful about compacting the garbage and they will also have their cleaning crew check the street for trash before leaving in the evenings.

The general construction(with it's dumpster) should be complete by end of month. There will likely be another dumpster in late Nov/early Dec while First Ascent is completing it's move into the building as well.
