There have also been people seen lingering on this corner late into the night 2 - 3 am.

These shoes have been hanging for weeks and have been reported before. I am happy to see neighbors are staying on top of it as the corner of Shepherd and Kansas NW is a hot corner for dealers. They tend to congregate around the 4000 Kansas apartment building. These shoes need to be removed and this intersection needs heavy monitoring.
