That blue tarp around the car junk yard hides the view and makes an attractive dumping site. Also very hazardous trying to make a left turn. You can't see oncoming traffic

Since you reported this is November nothing has changed. Well, yes, the change is that the garbage is 5 times bigger than it was.

As I have posted before please contact the call center ( I know a pain) for all hazardous and dangerous issue. Oakland Fire has to look into all haz-mat issues. PWD would need a crew there 24/7 and that would not be enough.This is what happens when the city has zero enforcement.

Well, now it is even bigger. Even though I'm not surprised, I'm more frustrated that our taxes are not getting used to deal with these issues.
