During rush hour from 4-6 pm, we used to have a flashing yellow arrow when driving north on Coit to turn west onto McDermott. Now there is only a green arrow at that time of day, and with many people making Uturns at that intersection, you can sit through a couple changes of the light before turning. The other 3 parts of the intersection still have flashing yellow arrows during this time.
