Overgrown bushes and weeds near 220 South 46th Street make it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. The weeds are so overgrown that they make parallel parking near the curb difficult. They are an eyesore. The weeds are 2 stories tall and reach from the middle of the lot out 6 feet into the street. These weeds need to be removed. They are making our block look unkempt and ugly.
