There's a dangerous situation on marina boulevard at the 880 N. on ramp. A paint line is across the road and cars think they're supposed to stop. But right now, during construction, that traffic should not be stopping. There's a lot of confusion about who has the right-of-way, and I've seen many many near miss accidents in the past two weeks.
