Opis
There is hole opening up around a storm drain. This is widening and is pretty deep already. Many people walk this area. It is right outside of the fence next to the TJ High School tennis courts and I am afraid someone will step in it and injure themselves. I am also concerned it will continue to expand and become an even greater hazard.

This situation with the hole developing against the drain inlet has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020849007) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
