There are potholes the size of craters on my road. They are so bad that my daughter's bus company will not come up the road any longer. My parents came for a visit and got stuck in a pothole up to their axle. I've called New Britain Public works and Plainville Public works but to no avail! Help!

My Director of Public Works will respond to your concerns asap. I looked
at the area myself and unfortunately the paving program is done for the
season but if we get a warmer day we can patch temporarily the problems.
