Comcast has installed cable to our neighbor two doors down. It has been three months, and they have never buried the cable. The cable runs down the street and across the sidewalk into an open cable box in front of my house.

I have contacted Comcast several weeks ago, and they still have not come to fix the exposed cable.

Please Help!!!
