There's a cover for a cable or telephone utilities access point on the sidewalk in front of the Civic Park Preschool building (right where the map marker is) that is breaking. The broken section is right around the part of the box that says "FIBER OPTIC." When you step on that part of the cover, it sinks down noticeably - someone may trip.
