The homeowner at 93 Orion leaves his recycling cans and empty garbage cans out deliberately to block the road. He is also the guy who would turn springlers on and have it spray sidewalks just as kids got dismissed so they could not walk on sidewalk. Also parks commercial vehicle and trailer on road. Will township do anything to address these ordiance violations?
