NB Nicollet from EB Diamond Lake Rd. At rush hours, it is nearly impossible, heading east on Diamond Lake Road, to turn left onto Nicollet and head north toward downtown.
That would make a lot of sense, especially since it would not slow down the signal cycles (since the NB and SB green arrows could display at the same time, followed by the ordinary green for Nicollet). Did you ever heard back from Public Works?
I agree! I have been frustrated at this intersection for decades. If you live nearby you could talk to the block club leader. Fortunately I hardly ever see pedestrians. Horrible intersection
