The address is actually 1030 S Holmes St.

In addition to the other issues that have been noted, there are two signs announcing that the property is "for lease" at a future (now past) date that have been vandalized... one has big holes and is no longer readable, the other has been knocked down completely.

Property subject to tax foreclosure March 31,2015. Both numbers I have on file for owner are unworking. We mailed foreclosure notices to many lien holders from the aborted renovation project.

The building also appears to have been unsecured for the past few days... one (ground-floor) window and one door are open.

Code Compliance is working with the City Attorney's office on this property.

Thanks to all who had a part in this clean up. Weeds are cleared, Most of the building supplies are gone. Broken signs are gone. Trailer is clear of toilets and sinks and broken windows/door boarded and secure. We still have work to do but this is such an improvement. Thank you for listening and more so doing.
