The lights for pedestrians are not functioning on this intersection. This is going on for a number of days now and is creating a safety hazard for all wanting to cross State Street at this intersection.

Agreed! I never know whether to press the button for a walk signal and wait through a sequence of stoplights to see if it works, or just take my chances! One of these buttons has been broken for over a year, and they only work sporadically.
