Description

Cut tree branches, pieces of carpet, and other tree branches have been dumped in the alley. Seems every day there is something added to the pile. Sometimes it interferes with vehicle passage thru the alley. The area where the debris is adjacent to two apartment buildings, both with ongoing construction.
