There are other city departments that do not monitor this site, which is way I always write that one should use the phone, especially when it is a safety issue
@XYZ yes, the CAO's office as well as the RWA monitor for hydrants. I have FD stuff on alert so I am emailed directly when there is an issue, so we can address it as fast as possible.
There are some hydrants we repair and / or replace ourselves, others require a street crew to replace from the RWA.
