The drainage ditch behind 1226 Contra Costa Blvd. Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 is filled to the brim with debris. The county or the city, I assume, came out and collected all of the debris in this ditch and deposited behind my office and then just left it there. Please have someone finish the job. Thank you.
