Shouldn't Westchester County and NYS DEP be worried about this kind of thing. It causes more water to go into the pollution control plants during storms and increases the risk of release to LI Sound or the Hudson River

Inadequate effort already erased. A narrow channel and a small hole in the dam didn't remain after a couple of modest rains washed leaves, twigs, and small limbs down the stream to once more repair the "dam", with more flooding to come with the next heavy rain.
