Description

Tons of stuff including shelving units and trash has been piled up on the sidewalk and inside the fence along 7th under the over pass. It is blocking the sidewalk and is getting worse. I don't know why these people are not getting fined or thrown in jail if they cannot pay a fine. Please remove this huge amount of refuse.
