I went to the above listed address and spoke to homeowner - he has never owned a dog and has no issues with dogs barking. I spoke to another resident on this street and with work schedule comes and goes at all hours and again, has no issues with barking dogs. The entire 18 minutes I was out in this area, I did not hear any dogs barking.
If you can call the Newnan Police Dept. 770-254-2355 ext. 163 when you have the correct address of the dog owner, I will be glad to help put an end to the barking issue.
