On Monday, December 28, 2015 water flowing from the drain at this residence again and from the looks of it over the weekend as well as a large water stain was left on the street. According to the Dept of PW chief engineer, the water coming out of the drain is clear water, not sewerage. He stated a hydrogeologist or geologist would have to further investigate. And there is no doubt the water is flowing almost daily now, a change from the typical controlled pattern of a couple of times a week. It took almost 4 years to get this far after multiple complaints to various agencies.
