Description

At Elm and College. In right-hand lane on Elm.

Especially rough for cars turning right and buses continuing straight.

I had no idea rain could destroy asphalt like that.

These were patched this morning. Though the patch for the largest one has already been worn down pretty substantially. It's much better than it was, though.
