When headed east on Midlothian Tnpk and turning left onto Robious Rd the RIGHT lane that goes straight across to Robious does not trigger the green light. This happened to me at 6:30 AM and I was the only car there, and thought maybe the time and one vehicle was the cause. But it happened again today with 3 cars in the lane at 1:00 PM. We sat there for 2 cycles before another car came into the lane that goes across or turns left. That lane triggers the light fine.
