Dumping is also a constant problem in the alley across the street form the building shown. I have spent many of my free quarterly dumping passes from Recology and extra trash bin space on other people's trash and weekend time doing clean up. I am fed up. I can't afford a high res camera that will catch license plate numbers to catch the perps.
