Sharraxaadda

During the week right before 5pm, the left turn arrow from Louisburg Rd north to Ligon Mill Rd is short, so left-turning traffic backs up the length of the left turn lane into Louisburg Rd. It seems that after 5pm, the left turn arrow is green longer so traffic flows a bit better. Can this be looked into and maybe the longer green arrow be extended a bit before 5pm?
