Not sure what you are describing. Wahoo Creek is utilized as in-line detention for storm water runoff. Therefore, at times of rain, it is expected to "pond", by design. There is a weir at The Boulevard that controls the rate of flow through the culvert. The Old Atlanta Hwy bridge over Wahoo Creek is in unincorporated Coweta County.
