Ditto the need for grass in the small dog park. The filler used is too rough on the feet of petite dogs.

Update from Parks: We are receiving quotes for pine bark mulch. Having problems with the delivery.

Pine bark mulch attracts bugs and is also pretty rough. Tree services usually have a lot of tree mulch that they give away for free and deliver for free. Have you checked with any of them?
