Woodland Heights residents deal with this every year. City of Richmond isn't coming. They are completely incompetent.

Also, do not close this job until after the street is plowed. I do not want to hear canned excuses about priority roads. The snow stopped on Sunday. This is unacceptable.

The condition of the streets is absolutely unacceptable. If the city cannot deal with a simple issue of plowing 4 days after the snow stopped, turn the streets over to VDOT.
