Α. There is no safe way to walk across Alabama from Yoakum to Mandell, for 0.4 miles. There should be a signalized pedestrian crossing here, ideally with a pedestrian crossing table level with the sidewalk to provide a seamless transit to wheelchairs. Especially at a university like this.
