Description

I got a ticket for a parking sign on Wales Avenue. The sign had the crossed out P indicating no parking and then said "Dec. 1 to Mar 31. 16th to end of each month Apr 1 to Nov 30". This ticket was issued August 13 so according to the sign I should have been allowed to park.
