Description
The green garbage barrels distributed to Providence residents were a good fix to the rodent/squirrel problem...initially....by taking away their food source. However, they adapted according in many neighborhoods by figuring out they if they could chew threw the top of the plastic barrel they could create a hole big enough to get into. Question is: How do we make the barrel top stronger so they can't do that and/or replace the barrels for residents who have had theirs gnawed through (thus allowing the rodents to feed off our garbage). Thank you.
