Q. What is the pole number? Providing the pole number expedites the process and is required by National Grid.

Update from National Grid - overhead line crew checked every light and replaced bulbs where necessary. They have determined that in 2 separate spots on Furnace Brook Parkway there are underground failures. An underground crew is scheduled to be out there this week to start searching for the fault.
I will continue to follow the issue with National Grid this week.
