As a recent homeowner on the street,myself with many other neighbors, elderly, handicap etc We all agree everyday someone who resides in one of the house listed has the audacity to let their dog poop all over lawns,front sidewalks and never picks it up.They are lazy and breaking the law.
It happens on both side of the street.We step in it bring indoors,my elderly neighbor slipped on it and fell.I may do video surveillance to pinpoint.Please,Please bring a bag, shovel whatever and pick it up.This needs to stop I represent about 10 neighbors on Leete st.

I don't live on Leete St. but this lack of picking up dog poop is an issue throughout the city.
I'd like to add to this issue a message:
To Dog owners: Our front yards are NOT public toilets for your dogs.
PLEASE CURB YOUR ANIMALS. E.G. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO POOP/URINATE ON HOMEOWNERS/RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. OUR LAWNS ARE PRIVATE NOT PUBLIC PROPERTY.
PLEASE CURB YOUR PETS - THAT MEANS GUIDE YOUR DOG TO THE GRASSY AREAS ON CITY PROPERTY AND THEN PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG.
