In my morning commute I drop my daughter off at WFMS and proceed toward Falls of Neuse Rd. This morning and a morning a week or so ago, the light crossing Capital to Falls has had the left turning light turn green and not the green light to continue straight onto Falls. Both instances I have seen went through at least two complete cycles before the light turned green again. This is not good. Both instances have been around 7:25 - 7:30 a.m.
