Lourdes lane is a 2 block street. On the first block there are clear sings that say no parking. On Homewood and Wellesly Place(2 streets running south off lourdes lane) there are clear signs of no parking. The signs showthat the city purposly decided what areas you are not allowed to park on. On the second block of Lourdes Lane (between Wellesley Place and Homewood) the city decided not to install NO parking signs. Hundreds of people and visitors of people in the area park there on a weekly basis. Many receive tickets. Many neighbors, including myself, have pointed this out to the ticketing officers who repeatedly laugh it off an continue to ticket. They know it is an area that is unmarked, and used for parking so instead of erecting a NO PARKING sign like they did in the rest of the neighborhood, they use it asa ticket trap. Th city has also been called several times, failing to do anything one way or another. I do not have pictures at this time but can definitely provide some if needed.
