The Storm Water Services division has closed this work order. The drain at this location has been inspected. Our Storm Water Inspector reported the following: Site visit to 325 N. Eastern Blvd. to speak with manager of business. Spoke with manager and showed him photo of power washing incident that was reported. Manager indicated that the accused knew that he was not supposed to be washing vehicles outside the berm area. Manager asked for photo so that he could use it for future reference when speaking to the employee. I informed the manager that this was a warning and that if the business was caught washing outside the area the next step would be a Notice of Violation and a fine.
