City of Oakland Public Works Agency addressed this issue on 08/27/2012, service request # 422888.

the payment is still embedded with burnt plastic bumper and other remains from car fire. this street does not have street cleaning and this material could be hazardous to people and pets crossing the street.
Please address clean up.
