I've forwarded this along to Somerville Public Works so they can investigate.

Please forward it along to others who may be concerned about the issue, so they can vote on it.

The City of Somerville will only say that the have no money in there budget, mean while winter is on the door step and the street will only get worse.

Could the City of Somerville reply here so we can be aware of the situation officially?

Since pavement quality here is among the absolute worst in the area and the city has recently received a great deal of federal stimulus money, this might soon be of interest to a broader audience.

Is this a bike route?

In answer to a question posed above: yes, there are painted bike lane markings throughout this part of Washington St.
