The evening after trash collection, the trash is still there, trash is in "wrong designated bin" it WAS street side during the collection time.
A.) Collection folks new to step up and own the task.
B.) State employees of "half way " house MUST recognize the state of trash responsibly.

The trash/garbage collection folks are not going to touch the BLUE recycling bin. That is for the recycling folks. But this BLUE recycling bin is full of garbage, so no one is emptying it. It sits there week after week looking awful for our neighborhood. The Macon/Bibb Co Solid Waste Dept needs to inform the residents of the correct bins to use. An additional GREEN garbage bin for that house would help. FYI: I believe this is not a halfway house but a home for mentally disabled adults. The staff need to be informed of the correct usage of the BLUE and GREEN bins. And please give them a 2nd GREEN bin....they obviously need another one. Thank you.

The staff at 1776 Twin Pines Drive are STILL putting trash bin at the road days before the designated trash pick up day. Today there is trash on the ground. How many times do we have to notify you of this situation?
