Agreed! Although the markings are there, nobody obeys them. Put a patrol car out there one day and watch. It was a poorly designed interchange. You have 2 lanes to turn into on Riverside, yet you limit the off ramp to one lane. You should make the left-hand lane Left turn only and the right-hand lane either left or right. You should also have road markers clearly indicating the lanes.
