I would change the light so that a left can be made, just as it is now for traffic coming south on Winthrop that can make a left onto 16E. There is a left green arrow light.

Went by today and took picture. You are right. Sign is terribly faded. I will contact Mass Highway tomorrow. Our Traffic Commission doesn't handle this one because it is a State Road. I will show Mass Highway the picture and try to get a timetable for the replacement. Thank-you for reporting this

please also request that the standard rotary symbol signs replace the Keep Right signs at all our rotaries. Probably the single most effective thing you could do. Thanks

You used to be able tonnage a left turn there....then someone was decapitated and they changed it to no left turns.
