It was assigned to the board of health but I've never seen him/her use this site properly. You might try calling them.

Reopening this issue as the TV and paint are still there.

There is now a black garbage bag added to the dumping.

Issue has been assigned to an inspector and an order letter is going out to the property owner.

Now 6 dining room chairs are dumped at the site.

Who owns that eyesore? The city should contact the owner and hold that person responsible or put a lien on it.

Is there any update on this location? A little bit of chainlink fence would solve this chronic problem.

Earlier this week The Salem Police were trying to contact the board of health for a city problem. The health director was out of the country and two of three on call don't work there any more and the third didn't answer the phone. Taxpayers should not pay 1 penny to control this problem. We pay a city lawyer so the city should deal with the owner.

Now a flat screen TV has been dumped there.

This place is always depressing to see and even more alarming are the occasions where asbestos have been dumped. There has to be a way for the city to take this blighted property.

Thanks to Councillor Steve Lovely who had this issue taken care of promptly after one email. Trash has been removed, and orange snow fence reinforced in an attempt to deter future dumping.

More new dumping at this site. Snow fence isn't deterring anyone. Is there an owner of this property that can be compelled to take care of this issue?

Maybe the City could put one of their hidden cameras there and catch the people dumping....

The dumped carpet I reported at this site in January 2018 is still there. In addition, there is some concrete, a large and growing pile of yard waste, and today, three abandoned tires. Please install some new fencing to prevent access to this property, since the owners seem to have abandoned it. Thank you.

How about moving one of the portable cameras on Sargent street to McSweeney's and actually catch the people dumping and have them clean the entire site??
