Sharraxaadda

There is race-track level engine revving going on pretty much all day till late at night in the Macy's parking garage area. Probably S Broadway. Am I the only one bothered by this? I can't concentrate to read, work or sleep. This is purposeful engine revving not regular traffic noise.
