There is a pothole at the corner of Winfore Drive and Winfore Court in Midlothian, VA. I think there is also supposed to be a drain there, just off the pavement, but it is so full of leaves and soil it isn't even visible. The downhill side (across Winfore Court) has a pipe leading from under the street: it must have a feed in from somewhere! There is always standing water here after wet weather, and when we had snow it resulted in a large icy patch.
