Opis

The left turn signal from west bound Clinton River Road to South bound Garfield is insane. During the weekend it is flashing yellow before going green on weekdays it is solid red before turning green. If it were a flashing red cars could turn when traffic clears, many morning there are no cars headed east bound but traffic still can't turn. Please fix.
