As the reporter stated, this has happened several times already. Indeed, it has happened nearby recently as well. The city would be well served by catching the contractor(s) doing this dumping. Why not try? Why not post information and photos and have a place for people to give tips? People in the community can see where the debris etc. is being generated. Maybe someone will recognize the timing of the dumping.

The trash was picked up as the city noted. There remains a mound of dirt that should have been either removed as well or raked out but definitely an improvement. Now, can we get a camera in the area to catch future scofflaws that use public space as their dump in order to save money!
