Deskripsyon

The Produce Garden, located at 2041 Coral Street, is a food distribution warehouse. It is zoned industrial, but the entire neighborhood it is located in is residential. They allow their trucks to arrive and park prior to their opening time of 7am and idle for hours, running refrigerators, sometimes even have loud discussions among drivers. This persists on the weekends where trucks idle as they unload. It rattles my house and depletes my sleep anD the sleep of my 8-month old

We've been reporting this for years now and nothing is ever done. Several neighbors have contacted city council people and nothing. If this was in a wealthier neighborhood the city would actually do something about it.

I called it in to Dept. Of Health as well as reported the damaged sidewalks on the corner from the trucks. This place is a dump, likely other health violations. I will be reporting daily until it ceases. It is the wrong neighbor for industrial use. They need to get a space on American st and condoize the rest of the building-
