Deskripsyon

This house has been empty for over 3 years and is in absolutely horrible condition. I have contacted L&I but it seems they either don't care or cannot do anything. The owner (Liliana Falkenstein ,PO Box 34735, Phila.,PA 19101 doesn't seem to care. Maybe if enough people pressure her she will sell this property.

The owner currently lives a few blocks away at 8207 Ardleigh Street.

Owner is not a block away daughter of same name live in New York. She is the owner per the daughter.

Yes. She also owns a place on E Willow Grove, several in Mt Airy/G-town and at least 2 in Overbrook.

Does anyone know what is happening with this property?
L&I permit says new windows, new interior door and new flooring.
Is this something the city can make her do?
And the contractor - William Falkenstein - a relative?
